Do you sell original paintings?

Yes. Available original paintings can be purchased directly through the website. If you have questions about a specific piece, please contact Lael before purchasing.

Can I see a painting in person?

Yes. Studio visits are available by appointment in Boulder, Colorado. Contact Lael to arrange a time.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans may be available for original artwork. Please contact Lael to discuss options.

Do you accept commissions?

Yes, Lael accepts a limited number of commissions. Contact her with your ideas, preferred size, timeline, and budget to begin the conversation.

How will my artwork be shipped?

Each painting is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the artwork’s size and destination. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping may be available. Please contact Lael before purchasing so shipping costs and arrangements can be confirmed.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Please contact Lael immediately and include photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label. She will work with you to resolve the issue.

Can I return an original painting?

Yes. Original paintings may be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please contact Lael before sending a return. Custom commissions and personalized artwork are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Are prints framed?

Unless otherwise noted in the product description, prints are sold unframed. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

Where are workshops held?

Most workshops are held at Lael Gallery & Studios in North Boulder. The exact address and details are included on the registration page and in your confirmation email.

Are workshops suitable for beginners?

Yes. Most workshops welcome all experience levels unless otherwise stated. Lael creates a supportive environment where students can learn, experiment, and develop their individual expression.

Are art supplies included?

Supply information varies by workshop. Please review the workshop description for details about what is included and what you should bring.

What is the workshop cancellation policy?

Cancellation, refund, and transfer policies are provided during registration. Please review them carefully before purchasing.

How do workshop memberships work?
