Cancellation Policy

Class capacity varies by session (see individual class details). Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the class starts. Late cancellations (made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session) or no-shows will result in the loss of the session credit for members and class pass holders. Guests using a Single-Class Pass will forfeit their class booking, and a new pass must be purchased to attend another session. Where applicable, a $10 late cancellation fee may also apply.
