Shipping Policy

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped to protect your artwork. Please allow 5 business days for processing before shipment. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the size of the artwork and destination.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Please contact Lael promptly if your order arrives damaged, and include photographs of the packaging and artwork so the issue can be resolved.

For international shipping or special delivery arrangements, please contact Lael before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to feel completely at home with your original Lael Har painting. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Please contact Lael before returning the artwork. Unless the painting arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Artwork must be securely packaged and returned in its original condition. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
